Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products
All of our programs (such as PDF downloads) are digital products. By purchasing, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately after payment is completed. As a result, your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (§ 18 FAGG in Austria) expires once the download link has been provided. Refunds are therefore not possible after the digital product has been made available.

Coaching Services
For coaching services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun with your prior express consent (e.g., once we contact you or provide your personalized plan). Refunds are not available once coaching has started.

Exceptions
If you experience technical issues with accessing your digital product or do not receive your download link, please contact us at info@buhnoo.fit. We will ensure you receive proper access. Refunds may only be granted in cases where the digital product or service could not be delivered at all.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a digital product or service and have not yet accessed or received it, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@buhnoo.fit with your order details. If delivery has already started, your right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (e.g., due to technical issues preventing access), it will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
